From select varieties of local olives, some of which are centuries old, the farm Azienda Agricola Pierina de Ferri produces a particularly delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil; consumed raw it is perfect for enriching the taste of any dish.
Our oil is called “Le Donne del Notaio”, because each blend bears the name of a woman who was or is important to our family. In a drop of our oil, we try to concentrate everything we have always believed in and we hope to gift you a moment “out of time”, like the moments experienced when in contact our land.
The farm Azienda Agricola Pierina de Ferri is open to the public with prior booking, because we adore sharing our love for our land, the story of the “Donne del Notaio”, our purpose and our vision of the future with our visitors.
